I bought these because it was indicated they will work on rubber gym mats, they absolutely do not! They work great on carpet, however, so I’m going to get a remnant piece of carpet and use them with that.

My girlfriend said they work great.

I bought these for post-surgical heel slides. My foot slips off sometimes and it would catch on some surfaces. It was over engineered for such mediocre results. I ended up learning that plastic bags on a soft surface like a carpet or bed work just as well if not better. I’ve used those clear bags that clothes ship in, empty chip bags, any bag that you would think is a slipping hazard, banana peel style, is perfect. Maybe this works better under hands than under heels.

Love having these around. I added them to my workouts. I use them on carpet most of the time.
