has anybody used this whilst bench pressing? if so, did it help with the pain? thanks in advance!

Not sure about bench pressing. I bought them because I lift crates and boxes at work and was having pain whilst working. They have helped with the pain by supporting my elbows

Can’t find sizing guide

This isn’t a question but I can assist. Check the Product Information section (the info from the manufacturer). There is a Size Measurement guide. Just beware of you are working in inches as there is an error / duplication. Maybe better to use centimetres.
