Fingerprint reader was very disappointing as well as battery life. It takes approximately 5 hours to waste your battery resource which is very inconvenient when you need your phone for work.

What a great phone. I have only used it for a couple of hours. Bigger than my other phone samsung s9. Watching a movie or video is a great picture. Transfer are really easy from my s9 to the note 20. Recommend the phone 🙂

Keeps freezing and restarting a couple of times a day.Had this issue after the update on my old phone but that was after a year of use.I've just started using this phone not even two weeks and it's already having this issue. Please advise on how to sort this out or I will have to return
