Excellent product
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect for smoothing out problem areas for those of us with oily skin. Prevent blemishes by removing the oils/sebum before it gets trapped and has a chance to form a blemish.Skin care:I use mine about once a week.

My skin glows now!
I was skeptical, and I am really lucky to have good skin to begin with, but my skin is literally GLOWING after using this consistently and is much more even! Highly recommend, at least for people that don't have severe acne. (Please consult your dermatologist before using if you have severe acne).

Useful for Pore Cleansing, Light Weight
This little tool is very light weight but super useful for keeping my pores clean. I have oily/mix skin, so proactive cleaning is essential to keep my skin clear and prevent any breakouts. I like how this mini-vibration help clear out blackheads and keep my face clear. Once charged the batter last for many days even weeks. I would recommend storing it in a cool/dry drawer because the bathroom is relatively moist. I suspect that how my previous one broke (the battery no longer chargers). But I have to praise the seller's customer service - they happily replaced the broken one and took care of the shipping charge when asking me to mail back the malfunctioning unit. I hope this time the battery last longer!

Only so so with black heads
I tried the product thought it would do more with black heads, but it does remove quite a bit of oil. We will see with time if it actually lifts or not. My skin is slightly softer and it is cleaner. It seems easy to use how ever I will have to use the directions until I can memorize it. Sleek design fits nicely in my hand.

Doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I am admittedly desperate, and desperate people will buy anything. If you read the instructions, you’ll note that they tell you to use product before using the Gugug. When you use it, it doesn’t clean pores—it just scoops back up the product you put on. If you look at my video, you’ll note can see I have very oily skin and severely clogged pores, but all the Gugug does is scrape off a little bit of whitish liquid—which is the product I put on before use as instructed (actual oils and dirt would be brown).
