Great for retro blast on my PC
As the headline suggests I purchased this to play retro games on my PC using emulators. I have no issues with this controller at all, it removes the painful and frustrating emulation of the analogue controllers of our favourite consoles of the past via the keyboard because it has those controllers. My only gripe, and its not with the controller itself, is that the button configuration isn't always remappable. Its a small thing and not related to the controller itself, I have found it to be responsive, comfortable and very reliable. Its plug and play and needs no drivers or setting up and is recognised by most games I have tried to use it with so far.Good value controller, good build quality and the analogue controllers and triggers are excellent and work as you would expect. All the functionality of much more expensive controller in a very easy to use and affordable device.

This is not PC compatible
I have spent ages downloading software most of which is paid for to then map the buttons up to work. I've mapped up space and it clearly shows its mapped in the mapper. But then in game it says press space to continue and nothing works, yet other combinations mapped does. All in all for an extra £5 you can get controllers that don't require this much configuration. It shouldn't say PC compatible. Raspberry PI I get but PC is misleading. Doesn't work on any games out of the box.

Excellent, for casual use.
TL;DR---This controller is pretty ergonomically designed (of course it is, it's based on a PS2 controller) and really sturdy. The buttons are responsive and don't stick when you try to press them. I haven't had anything use the rumble / feedback but I'd turn that off if it happened anyway. For the casual gaming I give it, it is great. If you are pretty "pro" at gaming, the analogue dead-spots are probably very annoying. They mean it's not even close to a replacement for my flight-stick, which does take up too much space on my desk. However, if you just want to kick about, or want this for a child who trashes every controller you give them, this controller is *very* effective, at a *very* reasonable price. I think it's great.Works well in *all* games, though some in Windows need a little software coaxing. Read on, if you are struggling with this.Full----Honestly, I love gaming, but hate game controllers. Sadly, some games are clearly not written to be operated by mouse and keyboard. I like a flight stick in a flight sim, or driving game, but it's usually platform games and such, particularly the 3D ones, which absolutely cripple you if you use the most appropriate input devices which every PC comes with as standard, rather than balling your mits in a fist around a remote. 🤷♂️️Anyway, I've resorted to digital controllers for emulators. This has proven particularly useful where USB PC keyboards don't like the combination keys which the emulated systems prefer. But still needed something with analogue sticks for a couple of 3D platform games, and of the two primary designs available, the PlayStation controller is less head boggling than the XBox one. (that asymmetric design just adds to my confusion) Being forced to use a controller is like suddenly forgetting how to touch-type. It's really crippling, and I have to keep looking down at my hands in the middle of combat, but whatever.I've now tried this controller in Windows 10(21h2), Linux, and on Raspberry Pi. (B+) It's fine, and all games work, if they support controller at all. (or can be made to do so)The dead-spots others have mentioned are, indeed, present, so the analogue sticks are fairly digital. I tried in Tie Fighter, but it's not as good as mouse (or rather, trackball) play, let alone a flight stick. But for the things that are mostly digital, but need me to use the mouse with my digital controller (impossible unless you have 3 hands) it does the trick. (usually to pan the view in the middle of a corner-jump or something)For those saying it doesn't work in various Windows games, the qualification is that games designed for an XBox controller use an API which _only_ supports ***XBox controllers*** and this isn't one of those. (It's MS licensing BS) The solution, is to _emulate_ the XBox controller with _this_ controller using x360ce. (https://github.com/x360ce/x360ce) You have to install it, then let it install the "virtual" XBox 360 controller, then you can tell it what controls on it map to what. Linux and Pi (which is Linux, usually) don't _have_ XBox APIs from Microsoft on them, so this is never an issue. For games with no controller support at all, others have recommended XPaddler? Personally, I got used to JoyToKey even on the digital controller, to map games (and emulators) not designed with controller support at all, and it still works with this controller. (https://joytokey.net/en/) Again, this is never an issue on Linux, but AutoKey will do a similar thing if you find anything that is problematic.

Poor build quality
Built very cheaply and the driver install is awful. The drivers don’t work correctly in windows 10 and if you use Steam! Have fun setting up the controller EVERY SINGLE TIME

Easy to use
Bought as a replacement for PC gaming, my first impressions are very good. Buttons and joypads feel of good quality, and it's simple plug and play made it easy to use.

Not great
Not very good quality - including the spelling and grammar on the packaging and the product itself. Evidently USB stands for Unmersal Serial Bus and it's important that I "Don't use the causticity liquid clear the product surface." The analog stick doesn't appear to work, but the buttons do ok.

Familiar feeling and well made.
This controller feels lightweight, robust and very familiar. It does not feel cheap or flimsy. The buttons and joystick are responsive and smooth. I particularly liked that the tips of the joystick are hard plastic and not cheap rubber. Overall, I would recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable PC controller at a decent price.

Cheap made , Broke after a week use
I wanted one of these for old times but I was disappointed. After a weeks use playing rocket league the buttons just stopped working. Now that I am writing this review with this product in my hand it feels cheap. I was so happy the first couple of days as the nostalgia was setting in just to be hit with sadness.Don't buy this product, Spend the extra money on the real thing or go for the newer models.
