Great new version
Fantastic shoe. To be fair, I have owned 4 pairs of Five Tens, so I am now used to their sizing and quality control issues. Here are the basics:Sizing runs a half size small, maybe even a full size depending ON the size. I'm normally a size 13, and a size 13.5 in these fits beautifully. They also run a bit wider in the toe box, so some people might feel like the shoes are 'too loose' or 'too big' partially because of the width in the toe box. But they do hold nicely from the sides at the mid-sole. I personally like a bit of room for my toes to move, as long as the shoes aren't loose overall.Quality Control at Five Ten isn't the best. The shoes are designed beautifully, so if you get a pair that holds up after the first week or so, then they should last you a few years. Sometimes though, you'll get a pair where the glue was not applied properly at the marriage of the sole and the upper - and they delaminate very quickly. It is not really something to worry about happening after six months - its more that you get a good pair or a damaged pair. Of the 4 pairs I have purchased, only 1 had this issue and Five Ten was kind enough to exchange them for a replacement pair.As far as the GTX version - I love them. Great in wet situations, and that EXTRA GRIPPY SOLE that I've come to love in the Camp Fours. If you're wearing these inside a lot - beware - they track a lot with them due to the sticky sole. I take them off in the entryway, and leave them by the door. In foul weather - these are my go-to shoe. I also am frequently walking in basements / construction sites / messy / dirty areas - and I love them as a light-weight and comfortable alternative to a work boot.

Fell apart after 2 weeks
I have many other Five Ten products so when I went looking for a waterproof hiking shoe and saw these I was sold. I already knew my size and when they arrived the fit was great and I they seemed like a good design. I went hiking in japan during the rainy season and put about 60+ miles on them. They kept my feet dry,had great grip on rocks, mud, roots and had no break in period. When I got back from my hike I noticed that they were falling apart. Where they were coming apart was definitely a design flaw where the two different rubber types were glued together on the side of the heal so I returned them for a refund through Amazon. If they had not fallen apart I would have given them 5 stars

Quite a good shoe all around
Quite a good shoe all around, lots of toe room which I like if you are wearing them all day. This shoe has lasted me 1.5 years with daily use as my main primary daily shoe...I'am happy with that! They finally have blown out on the rubber seem of the forefoot of the shoe. The gortex membrane worked for most of the life of this shoe and they were never really too hot even in the summer..My only real complaint is they are a bit more expensive then other similar shoes and I expect the life span would be very similar. They are extremely comfortable though and the stealth rubber is awesome and lasts longer then some would suggest. I have bought another pair to replace these ones so I guess that says it all!...

Love 'em
This is my fourth pair of Five Ten shoes. All fit exactly the same - perfect, but make sure you order at least 1/2 size up if you have a wide foot. I measure 8.5 EE and normally have to purchase at least 9, but 9.5 is perfect with the Five Tens.

Grippy shoes run way small
I got these to do mountain hiking and rock scrambling in. Fail. The sizing runs at least a size small. I can't wear them even around the house my toe is hitting the end and is very uncomfortable. I will say the soles are very grippy and had they fit might have been perfect. They are going back
