Excellent for 20 years? If you know, you know! Non-greasy, high-quality, doctor-recommended stuff! I can't sleep or focus on a movie, etc., without it. TMI warning: It even helped an impossible itchy hemorrhoid, although I now have a separate dedicated proximine product for that if needed. Proximine HCL is the same active ingredient, though. Good stuff, and the pump always works for me.

This is a great product. My skin got really dry/itchy and it fixed it in seconds. Just note that the pump is absolute garbage. If you have arthritis you're gonna have to switch the bottle or go with something else. I don't know if the lotion is too thick to pull through or what. It's one of those lotions that you have to pump almost 20 times before you get a good couple pumps of product to actually come out. This became an issue the second I attempted to get something out of itOther than that I had zero issues. It didn't leave a greasiness like aquaphor and it doesn't have a scent.

I bought a similar product at Walgreens because SARNA is expensive there...well the Walgreens brand is inferior! It is so thin and watery I have to apply it multiple times. Thank goodness I found SARNA cheaper here, very happy! The formula is much thicker and long lasting than my previous brand and I can use much less. I get phantom itching and itching due to dry skin and allergies, especially at night and because it works so well, no need to get up in the middle of the night to apply more. It's nice to have something to use that is non invasive and allows me to sleep with using Benadryl.
