Awesome stuff, it taste like any other brand I've tried but the big difference is that it does not mess up my stomach, the other cheap stuff from any grocery store used to block us up and would hurt my stomach, so I would have to stop taking it and tossing it, but this stuff feels great and does not hurt my stomach and still keeps me regular almost like I'm not taking anything different than when I'm just consuming food... what a great product. Highly recommend if the cheap stuff is hurting your stomach too... Give this a try.
