Dear Madam. Whenever you get the product the common number of the lock will 000 ie three zeros. First you to ensure that the three digits are 000. Now you try it and I am sure the lock will open. Again to set the your preferred number you just hold the ejection button and set your number as per your wish and release it. Hope you are conversant about your problems.
