Improved Hair Health & Excellent Customer Service
These water filters have made a big difference in the health of our hair. The moving-to-a-new-place hair yuckies just never went away. I got this to replace an iSpring model filter that seemed to be used and just didn’t work great.I could tell from the start this filter was better. I didn’t have the oily hard water feeling with this one that I did with the other and left my skin feeling tingly. Good experience so far. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Love but can't change filter
I love the shower head. 1 star deducted. The only issue I have is not being able to open the compartment to change the filter. It seems to be stuck and feels like it's going to break if I twist it too hard.

This filter works great
These work very good, we moved into a house that has very hard water, I never experienced hard water before but with in 2 weeks of taking showers my hair was so dry and brittle it was breaking real easy and my skin was so dry lotion was not helping. My husband told me we hard hard water. So since I have purchased this water filter my hair and skin is back to normal.

Stops minerals from blocking shower head.
This seems to work. This is what was in the filter after about 2 months of running a shower head for 4 people. Don't be surprised when you use it the first time when the water comes out dark for about 1-2 seconds. I think it is just the color from the charcoal the first time it gets soaked, it clears up quickly and only happens on the first use.
