Absolutely delightful, inspiring and powerful book! I've been wanting to read this for a long time and I'm not at all disappointed! It's also a very easy read and flows smoothly. Quality of print and of pages is good.

Reading this book has been one hell of an experience. It took me a lot of days to read it and absorb everything that Doyle was talking about. After every few pages, I would feel the need to just stop and Breathe and Think about what I had just read. The book starts with a powerful message: “For every woman resurrecting herself For girls who will never be buried." This book is about women and it will reshape the way you think and you will emerge out of it more in love with yourself than ever. Through stories and incidents from her own life, Glennon Doyle talks about everything we go through in life or maybe will go through as women. She talks about love, self love, religion, sexuality, feminism, forgiveness, politics, being a parent, being a woman, a spouse and it tells us that it is okay to put ourselves first. It is okay to want more and it is okay to be untamed and free. And when I say her own experiences, I don’t mean something big or special. Just small everyday things, small but meaningful experiences in life that made her realise the person she was meant to be and helped her find the courage to be just herself. It was a very illuminating experience to go through it all and realise the little traps in our everyday life that keep us tamed and tied up, not letting us realise our own full potential. Or the courage to be ourselves. Without any pretence. So just read this and experience this journey to self discovery that will only make you embrace yourself for the person you are meant to be and encourage you to live life on your own terms. It has such power on delivering the actual things and understanding the things that happen in our life , it just gives that feel and urge to do what you have to ,go as far as possible to break the impossible for yourself and for your happiness also for your loved ones

Loveeed the book. Definitely taught me some important lessons, changed my belief in something’s that are often ingrained in us as women and helped me rationalise some of my own thoughts. The only thing I didn’t enjoy about the book is that sometimes the author drags it a little too much. Overall it’s a great book and every woman (men too) should read it.

This book is absolutely amazing, it’s like unlocking all the limitations that have been given to you that have limited your true self your true potential. From a spiritual perspective it is incredible, as you read each chapter layers begin to fade and you remember who you were before the world told you to be. This like your intuition and imagination, how so many people forget this but they are some of the most important things to live by. How you should live from your heart instead of your head and how if your looking for new ideas you should put it out into the universe not into the google search bar, those ideas are old, controlled and limited. The universe is endless. I encourage you to read this in an outdoor or garden space, just being away from the world and your phone opens your mind up to so many new ideas and teachings. The word ‘women’ is used throughout the book but I replaced this with the word ‘people’ because so much of this text applies to everyone.

Ok, this is my new favourite book!!!!!!!!!! When reading this book, I had so many realisations about things in my mind & in the world. I think I highlighted something in every single chapter, even whole pages!! I felt like the words that I were reading were pretty much my own words, I resonated with some many things in this book. Glennon talks about what it's like to truly love and trust your whole self and about how to find it by listening to our bodies & mind, she talks about how society is shaping and affecting the way woman see & feel about themselves. We are taught by society, how to be, feel, act, look and we don't even realise it. Boys are still being taught that real men are big, violent, invulnerable, disgusted by femininity, and responsible for conquering women and the world. When girls are still being taught that real women must be quiet, pretty, small, passive and desirable so they'll be worthy of being conquered. We are all caged , this book is about how to get out of that cage. A few words I've loved in this book; ✨Freedom is not being for or against an ideal, but creating your own existence from scratch ✨We need to be brave, brave is not asking the crown what is brave. Brave is deciding for oneself ✨We should not owe each anything other than admiration, respect and love ✨Self love means that I have a real relationship with myself built on trust and loyalty. I trust myself to have my own back, so my allegiance is to the voice within. I'll abandon everyone else's expectations of me before I'll abandon myself. I'll disappoint everyone else before I'll disappoint myself. I'll forsake all other before I'll forsake myself. What the world needs is more women who have quit fearing themselves and started trusting themselves. What the world needs is masses of women who are entirely out of control. If you haven't read this book then you NEED TO RIGHT NOW!!! 🤩🙌👏

received it as a gift at first, decided to buy for a friend in my turn. refreshing, empowering, a very nice read for anyone, especially if you're on a personal reflection journey of redefining gender roles.

Book came in perfect condition, but it was a few days later than the estimate given. It's worth keeping that in mind if you order, as the books ship from the UK.

Regardless of phase in life, spiritual beliefs, or chosen lifestyles- every woman should read this book. Incredibly powerful and inspiring.
