This is a good cheaper alternative to a Dyson which I also own the V8 version. The Tineco feels a lot lighter but I don't think it's as easy to push around due to the power head not turn as well and it does tend to bounce a bit over short pile carpet so losing suction. The suction seems ok on normal setting and very powerful on boost making it tough to push but so does the V8. The battery is way better on the A10 with the V8 never very good even when new and is now long past needing replacing after 3 years. The A10 has one of the best filtration solutions outside of Dyson who win in that department hands down, but the A10 does have a clever filter cleaning system that works very well but you do need to do it regularly and hardly ever on the V8. The canister is very easy to clean but not quite so hands clean as the V8 and the LED lights on the motorhead are great and something Dyson has been missing for years. Overall I am quite impressed with the A10 for the money. It does fall short of the Dyson in most areas but not by much in some areas and it's nearly 2.5 time cheaper, so if your after a cheap descent Vacuum then I would recommend this to anyone.

Now quite a few months on with this vacuum and would say that this is an outstanding machine not only for the money, but its size and weight and functions. People moaned about the filters, well I just pull them out, brush them down into the bin using a nail brush, very effective, and if particularly dirty, wash with soap and warm water, leave to dry. I bough two spare filters and alternate them so when one is being cleaned I have another to pop in. I had the wall hanger for it but decided it was quicker and easier to prop it in its corner. Still extremely pleased with it. Bought as a replacement for something similar which after two years you could not get a new battery! Went onto the Which site and this machine came up as a Best Buy. Very easy to use, very easy to empty, all the necessary tools with it, very good suction and best of all has a light which shows you all the dirt you missed before! Very light, well built, and very good value for money. Why would anyone pay hundreds of pounds more for machines which are heavier, difficult to empty.

Black Friday purchase at a good price. Compared to a Dyson it doesn't have as much suction, but at less then half the price I cannot complain. Plus it has some great features the competition doesn't have. The motorised head is great and the built in light is superb for hunting those missed spots. It comes with the motorised brush, crevice tool, curtain/upholstery brush and a mini motorised head. Also included is a replacement filter and a filter cleaning tool, which is brilliant. We used to have a James and it's such a relief to be able to grab Tiny (our colloquial name for this hoover) and do a quick wizz around. The battery isn't great, but I can hoover the entire bungalow before it gives out. I like the fact that the battery is replacable, unlike others if there is a battery fault it's a repair job. With this hoover you simply need to buy a new battery. Any cons? Only one which is the motorised head bungs up with floof and hair. A cleaning tool is included but it does wrap tight. Get this over the competition.

I bought this for my friend and she loves it. It is easy to use, light weight, picks up very well and was a good price. I would definitely recommend it to everybody. It is easy to charge not very noisy.

Purchased the product along with a Spare Filter and Extra Insurance. The product worked very well and we were happy with it, until there was a fault with the Hoover. Tineco is a 3rd party Seller so we were directed to there message contact on Amazon. and we explained the issue fully. The hoover no longer charged as when you tried to use it it would stay on a few minutes then switch itself off and the battery indicator light would go back to red. Our problems started when Tineco replied wanting full information on the hoover we had. We explained that it was all sent together in our original message sadly from then on it was a total nightmare . We started recieving pages and pages of instructions on what they wanted us to do with hoover. To cut a long story short they wanted us to dismantle it hoping this would fix it. We refused we are not hoover technicians . Then they asked for a video of the hoover working to be sent to them, we told them for the fifth time it was not working. I started to send more messages as we had heard nothing to indicate they were dealing with our issue. My last message from them indicated they might refund us but at a lower price than what we paid for it. We asked Amazon for help and they reviewed everything issued a full refund and paid for the return of there hoover. Don't normally leave reviews but I just wanted customers aware that Tineco are not Customer Friendly.....

La aspirado es de buena calidad trabaja muy bien, sin embargo no me agradó al 100 % ya que la batería 🔋 no demora el tiempo q promete en la descripción del pruducto, solo funciona como 25 minutos a velocidad automática si le pongo el máximo demora menos de 20 minutos la carga de la bateria, le doy una calificación de 5 de 10

TL;DR: Bought on sale cyber monday, should've bought a spare battery then. Go ahead and get a spare battery for the deeper cleaning days! I can normally cover ~2800sq/ft (hard to guess tbh, not sure how big the downstairs is, but it does account for most of the house, and is mostly tile/hardwood) in 25ish minutes and be fine, but if I've been lazy and the cats have been shedding, one battery won't quite make it (but it'll be close). I really like this vacuum! Other things of note: If you run it wide open (max suction) the battery will last maybe 10 minutes. You do not need to do this however unless the situation calls for it. let it decide. You need to clean the dust filter often (This goes for many vacuums, not just this one), I normally do it after every full-downstairs vacuum because it comes with a spare, and it'll normally be dry by the time I want to use it again. Takes about 1 minute total to clean, so there's no reason not to do this. That's it. It's a great vacuum for what I wanted it for, light to medium duty frequent use so I don't have to bust out the plug-in dyson and drag that thing all over the place. For carpet heavy environments, you want something plug-in period, this is not a great main unit for a carpet heavy environment. For all hard floors it would be great. We have 3 cats and two small children, so there's always something that needs vacuuming and I wanted a reasonably powerful cordless vac to hit the proverbial high spots, and this more than meets those relatively low requirements. As stated above, I can usually cover the whole downstairs on a single charge, occasionally if there's excessive crud (because someone hasn't been running it regularly) I have to grab the second battery, or if we're doing a more deep cleaning around the furniture and pulling stuff out from the wall, it comes in handy (think multiple canister dumpings and what not). It's very easy to break down and clean.. I probably should've read the instructions but nah. I have not clogged the dust filter to a point where the vacuum constantly runs in high vacuum mode (this is a complaint I read about from other users), and I keep it clean to avoid that situation. This is something one should do with their corded vacuums as well, as it greatly cuts down on the available power if neglected (and causes a higher instance of dust circulation rather than capture). The included tools are mostly helpful for the situations that require them, not much else to say there. I don't see the point of the dust filter cleaner attachment since you'd just be clogging up the other filter, instead I wash them by hand in the sink by running water down the middle (backwards), and let em dry til the next use. easy peasy.

***EDIT We have now had this for almost 8 months. I still use this everyday. We have had zero issues. Love this vacuum*** We bought this because we have a small dog that sheds constantly, and a toddler. We were looking at the s11 model, but this pet model was on sale and we needed a vacuum quickly. Pros: - Lightweight, making it very easy to maneuver - Hangs on wall easily and has built in charger for an additional battery (sold separately) - Various attachments have a place on the dock so all the pieces stay together and are easily accessible (no more digging through the closet to find the crevice tool) - the mini brush adaptor is AMAZING for cars, rugs, carpeted stairs, furniture, literally everything cloth. It picks up hair really easily and quickly, gets in smaller spaces without lugging a big vacuum or attaching to a hose. I love it so much. - Suction is really wonderful! -Cost - LED light is super bright and shows how gross my floors really are before vacuuming - we have very short carpet on our stairs and in our bedrooms. This vacuum cleans it very well. Cons: - battery life does not last long, HOWEVER if you read about the product the battery life it says it has is very accurate. An additional battery can be purchased if needed. So the 10minute battery life on high mode is accurate (but I have very rarely needed to use the vacuum on high mode) - Vacuum does not stand up on its own, and this would be useful in the inevitable event of random interruptions with a child whilst trying to quickly vacuum. - Head does take a few passes to pick up bigger things like an uncooked bean or a cheerio, but the vacuum can be quickly detached from the floor adaptor and beans and cheerios quickly can be vacuumed up with no attachment. We went from a corded, heavy, and bulky Dyson vacuum to this and we love it. We vacuum multiple times a day with it, use it upstairs and downstairs, on furniture, in the car, in the high chair. It’s seriously amazing. We’ve had it for a few months now and had no issues with it. It easily comes apart, has an attachment that you can clean the filters with, is easy to set up and use. I will never go back to a heavy corded vacuum for everyday use. We were shocked at how wonderful and light it is and how well it fits under, between, and around furniture. Love love love this product!
