Too high a dose
I purchased this zinc supplement without initially noticing that each tablet contains 50 mg of zinc. After doing more research, I realized this is well above the recommended daily intake for adults, which is around 8–11 mg. Taking 50 mg daily can lead to zinc accumulation in the body over time, which may cause side effects such as nausea, headaches, or even interfere with copper absorption.While the product seems good quality and was delivered as expected, I think it's important to highlight that this dosage might be excessive for daily use, potentially even harmful. So I decided to stop taking these
