This is a must have for your kitchen. A staple in my pantry and my mother's for years. Perfect for flouring baking pans, making gravy or other delicately floured dishes. The shaker container makes it easy to measure or pour the right amount.

Pro: Exactly as described and very convenient for a quick thickening option for gravy, dredging fish, chicken, eggplant, etc. when I'm cooking our meals for one or two of us. It's easy to dispense and the containers are cardboard and easy to hold. The "better by date" stamp is March 17, 2025, which is 8 months from now. I'm happy with the purchase! Con: None for me. If you have a large dinner party/family, you might prefer a larger quantity of flour for economy, but this is perfect for me.

I have used this product for ten years. I love fried chicken and this product makes it crisp and tasty without the heavy starches and clumping. I also use it for breading on fish, pork and beef. It doesn't absord fat or leave a lot of waste in the frying or baking pan. A little secret that I don't condone or recommend but it has an almost unlimited shelf life. I have kept it in the pantry for two and a half years and still if performs as if it was a fresh box. It never taste stale and I have never seen a bug of any kind as you might find in flour. The only drawback is that I have difficult time finding this product in grocery stores. I am so glad that Amazon carries it. It doesn't cost much and as I mentioned you don't have to buy it very often. That may the reason it's not found in grocery stores on a regular basis.

Wondra flour makes it so easy to use when making gravy and sauces. I have been using it for years in my cooking.

Great for thickening sauces for cooking

I like this product, because it doesn't lump like flour when you use it.

I use it for soup, gravy, stir fry, stews anything which seems to runny and not thick enough. It can be added without first thinning it with water, just sprinkle it in and stir. Sad to say Walmart and no supermarket here in Florida carry this product anymore. It is really worth the money, do not use flour try this product, you will never do without.

Pros: Very convenient for gravy and sauce thickening without having to worry about clumping. You can easily add to gravy that already has liquid added versus using flour will you must brown and create a roux with first.
