Trident Sugar Free Gum (Spearmint, 18-Piece, 12-Pack)

Trident Spearmint gum is quite good. It is much healthier than many brands of gum that my kids prefer. However, the relatively strong spearmint flavor "compensates" for the lack of unhealthy things (I'm serious! Other brands do seem to be much less healthy AND the jolt offered by this flavor really does appeal to the kids. It comes in packets a bit firmer than those from past years. I ordered a subscription - so I am scheduled to receive semi-annual deliveries - it's a good price, as is, but very, very competitive with other brands. I'm not a dentist, so I can't recommend it for dental hygiene purposes. I do believe that gum can be a useful substitute for folks who've drank or smoked A LITTLE too much and who wish to quit (along with other things). I have never found ANY brand or flavor of gum to last longer than 5 minutes, by which time it has no flavor left, the way that I chew anyways. A stick of gum or a cigarette? Which'll kill me from lung cancer? I think that Trident has a good, credible name. The flavor is good. The price, in bulk, is great. I strongly recommend that folks try it if you haven't before, especially if you like the taste of spearmint. I'd give it an "A-". (If they could come up with a gum that lasts for hours, I'd bump it up to an A+.

Being on so many medications; and many of them leaving my mouth very, very dry. Seriously I dehydrate so very easily that I am constantly carrying something to drink no matter where I am going; even if we are only going out to dinner I have something to drink with me. But, I also chew a lot of gum because of this; and the fact that I am also diabetic, being sugar free is also important to me. Trident makes great gum, and the flavor stays throughout the time you are chewing the gum, for a long lasting flavor. I have never gone wrong with Trident.

This Trident Gum is one of my "mouth watering" tricks. When my mouth goes dry, I pop a piece of this gum in my mouth for a few minutes. Ordering it in these 12-packs saves me from running out so soon. The spearmint flavor is the best flavor, in my opinion. I keep a pack in my purse, my desk, my bathroom cabinet, my kitchen, and the little drawer in the coffee table in my family room. This way I can discreetly slip a piece into my mouth without much notice by others. After a few minutes, I put it into the little paper and toss it into the trash. Oh yes. Once in awhile, I forget to take it out of a pocket---don't do that. The laundry does bad things to gun. Just a warning.

Was a little skeptical ordering these through prime pantry but nothing got broken on the way! The sell by date is next year so that's nice, it's not something that has gone bad or will only last a few more weeks. The quality is also nice - not stale. I was worried that these would be old or damaged but I was pleasantly surprised by the nice quality. Will be looking for these again very soon. Much cheaper than the grocery store and excellent quality!

I have read some of the recent reviews on this gum and there were a lot of negative (1 star) reviews due to flavor change. I personally did not have the gum before this change but I think the current production of the gum is rather delicious. The flavor doesn't last quite as long as I would like it to (lasts a solid 2 hours or so), but it is still good gum. I gave 4 stars because of the fact that the flavor fades after a relatively short amount of time.

Loves this gum it's all I chew now, I used to chew stride spearmint which is basically the same thing only you get less gum and it's nearly twice the price. Both however contain Xylitol which as is stated on the back of the package is supposed to help prevent cavities. I tend to chew this in-between meals and late at night when I get a craving so it helps me keep my diet in check.

I think this is the best spearmint flavored sugar free gum. I have ordered it multiple times and will continue to order it Coz the price is good at Amazon and it's a lot many sticks you get , flavor lasts pretty long and turn bitter after chewing it for a few minutes. Makes your breath feel fresh.

Just received my 3 orders! This is my favorite gum and I just ran out and was happy when I received it today! Checked the expiration date and it's good til 2018! Opened a pack and saw the wrappers were wet looking and the gum is HARD!!! The warehouse didn't store this right! Requested for a return and they issued a refund without having to return to item!

Good packing, great long lasting flavour

This is not a 18 piece pack, its 14 piece 12 pack. Be aware.

Received a 12 pack -14 stick's one. Where it clearly says 14 sticks -18 pack in the picture. The same product was available for lesser. Also the expiry is barely 3 months. Will add the photos also for Proof. In office ATM.

Packet packaging is not upto the mark... and its Not value for money... Packaging is flumsy...

Very old stock the expiry date was just a month .Be careful and check the best use / expiry date
