Excellent value for money and it's half the cost of the original 'puppy pal'. It's super soft, cute and cuddly which is perfect for a new puppy. I love how the heat pack is reusable as opposed to others that have disposable heat packs and are quite expensive to replace. My puppy has it in her crate at bedtime and it really settles and soothes her with the beating heart and the warmth from it. I would highly recommend this product to all new puppy owners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's a nice item, well made. Unfortunetly mu puppy doesn't like the 'beating heart' though, and tries to pull the toy apart to get at it. Good value for money and a good seller. It's just a shame that the delivery drivers never take notice of our delivery requests to not leave parcels on the floor by the front door.

A boon for anyone hand rearing small mammals to provide them with the comforting heartbeat which really helps them to settle. The Bear toy that it comes with is really lovely & great for them to snuggle into with the 'heartbeat device inside'. For the benefits that this provides it is great value for money

For the first few nights my puppy really loved it and slept with his head on it. My main criticism is that it's much too easy for a puppy to get into the contents and quickly became a tug toy for him. Still a toy all the same but it's no longer a chill time toy and won't last long now that he pulls on it.

Dont buy as heart beat dosent work when you put batteries in and press button. Not sending back to much hassel no waybto contact seller to ask them to send replacement heart. will just have to use as heat pad warmer. Disappointed .

This was worth its weight in gold; our new puppy never cried at night with this to keep him company. He loved it !
