So, I spent weeks I don’t know if looking at just about every espresso machine on Amazon and elsewhere for that matter. Finally last night I decided this was the one. The price is decent the reviews were good. And it’s sort of a small footprint, and stainless steel. So I ordered it. Got it the next day less than 24 hours. I ran some water through it to clean it. And then even without reading the instructions I made 2 cups of espresso. And was quite surprised to see that both of my shots turned out to look and taste like café espresso. Much to my surprise! On the first try. So, if you don’t want to spend a whole lot on an espresso machine, this one’s very decent. Yes I gave it five stars for everything. However compared against a $500 machine or a $2000 machine is probably a four-star. Nonetheless I’m quite satisfied with it. And you probably will be too. PART 2 of review: it’s been 3 weeks and many shots later. I can give this machine 5 stars with more confidence now. I like it so much that I bought my sister one. She and my brother in law love it too. The machine consistently makes marvelous espresso. And the frother is good also. Although I am still working on my designs technique, the steamed milk wand works well. Looks good. Works good. Great value.

I must admit that I am a bit of a coffee snob, but I wanted a way to make a good latte at home. It's very user friendly and the directions were easy to follow. It makes s good, strong espresso that I can just drink on its own or use it in baking. I absolutely love the milk steamer. Mixing regular milk into my coffee and calling it a latte is a bit of a stretch. The steamed milk is the perfect temperature so it doesn't cool down my coffee, plus it foams up beautifully. The texture is just so much better. I am really impressed with it especially considering the price.

This machine was well thought through. I would like to see it put up against much more expensive machines. The steam wand design makes it very easy to clean and has a spot to put the pin to clean the hole should it get clogged. It did not clog for me but nice to have it there so you don't lose it. The steamer also worked very well. The froth on my latte lasted through the entire cup. I got it to 145F. I had to play around with my grind on my beans, the manual states medium grind but I had to get pretty fine to get a good crema on the shot. As with any of these machines and grinders, you have to play around with your machines to get it the way you want it. I also like how it lets you know if the water is too hot to make another shot due to just using the steamer. It will let you know once it's at a lower temp. If you are going to use the warmer plate on top, I would recommend turning it on in advance as it won't be warm enough to do much if you are only making one coffee. One thing I would pay to have changed is the tamper be made of steel and not plastic. I don't know if that is truly going to matter or not as I didn't have a problem with it, just have more confidence it won't break if it were steel.

The media could not be loaded.  I would give this machine a 4.5 stars. I love this espresso machine for the quality of espresso it produces. It’s super user friendly, easy to clean, and makes flavorful espresso. I used to be a barista so I’ve been having fun making drinks for family and friends. I’ve been using espresso beans from Starbucks ground at its finest setting (I go into the store and have them do it). Just so you know- regular ground coffee doesn’t work well with this. I even purchased pre-ground espresso from the grocery store, and it wasn’t fine enough, so I had to pass the batch through my own grinder at home so it produced better flavor—otherwise, it turns out too watery and lacks body and crema.One small gripe I have, however, is that when I use the milk frother, it kind of dies out mid-steam, so I keep having to wait for it to build steam back up. I generally drink iced drinks anyway, so it’s not a big deal, but it’s a little frustrating when you actually want some foam.

Im not a barista, but I do enjoy puertorican coffee and I gotta say Im in love with this espresso machine, it’s worth the money. I do the frothing with it too, it’s very good.

I bought this machine after reading lots of reviews. I'm a bit disappointed. It makes decent espresso, but over heats between every cup and takes 5-10 minutes before I can make a 2nd. The steam wand only moves left to right, and points downwards. It's difficult to get the milk to swirl properly & tends froth the milk too much. Without the extention this works a little better, but the wand is short. Would be nice if you could get angles from the stream wand. It's semi user friendly but honestly a professional espresso bar is easier to use.Edit:Had it a week now. I hate it. The fact that my wife and I can't sit down with a cup of espresso together makes this a waste of my money. It over heats quickly and takes a long time to prepare to make a 2nd drink. You can do 2 shots or 2 streams, but not both.*update*No longer pulls shots. Absolute junk.

I searched on Amazon forever for an espresso maker but kept being swayed by bad reviews. At the time, this only had two reviews and they were both positive so I just bought it so I couldn’t be influenced by someone else’s bad experience. I’m SO glad I did. I love this so much and have used it everyday with no problems. Perfect dark espresso with a beautiful layer of crema. Steams milk very well. I hate losing counter space, but this is very thin so it doesn’t take up very much room. I would buy again if anything happened to this one!

I was hesitate in buying this espresso machine after reading reviews of some of the other espresso machines. I bought this one because it did have decent reviews. It's a very good espresso machine. The coffee is magnificent tasting. It works like a charm. I do recommend this espresso machine.
