Issues with sound and ethernet ports
I really wanted to like this hub. On the plus side, the form factor is great, the quality of construction feels good, and I had no problems with the usb ports (2.0 and 3.0) and HDMI ports...sort of.I had two issues with the dock that ended up being deal-breakers. First, when I plugged in my external speakers, they worked fine. But once I plugged in my monitor to the HDMI port, the speakers stopped working. And not only that, they DISAPPEARED from existence in device manager (see attached pictures). I scoured the internet for solutions, but to no avail. I updated DisplayPort on my device, power toggled the computer, the hub - I even tried it on my wife's laptop. Same issue. When either HDMI port was in use, it was as if the aux port didn't exist. The other issue was that the ethernet port maxed out at 100mbps. Again, I wasn't able to do anything in setting to get it to go faster. When the same cable was plugged in directly to my laptop, 800-900mbps. So I know it was the dock. It's possible that the two issues are software issues in Windows 10. However, I bought a different hub for about $15 more, and both issues ceased to exist. So my guess is I either got a bad hub, or the product itself is defective. So if you don't plan on using the ethernet port or the aux connection, this should work for you. But I'm not convinced of the quality based on my experience. As such, I can't recommend this hub.

USB-C FEMALE 100watt port is false advertising!
If you are looking for a hub to power your laptop and another device using USB-C fast charge simultaneously, looks elsewhere! The rest of the ports seem to be fine, but the USB-C female 100watt port is not PD 3.0 compatible and will not charge an iPhone or other Apple device with fast charging speeds. Using this port with a MagSafe charger as well as a USB-C to Lightning cable, the maximum output was 4.8volts/1.23amps which translates to only 5.96watts. That’s a lot less than the 100watt claim. It does not seem as though the port is capable of outputing more than 5volts which would be necessary to fast charge an Apple device.

Small size, easy to carry, simple and decent.
I like its small size and easy to carry. I have tried it on the computer. It has a fast identification speed. It can be used immediately after inserting the minird card. Before purchasing the multi-function card reader made by famous brands, I used it several times. The quality is still very good. There are enough excuses to carry it easily. Sometimes the fever is a little serious. After connecting to the docking station, there are two empty characters, but these problems affect normal use. The commonly used ports are very complete, the whole is very light, but the wiring is a little short, and it is a bit troublesome to useThe workmanship is very good, the material is sufficient and the quality is trustworthy. Multi interface, basically meet all interface requirements, product performance is very stable, good cooling effect, fast transmission speed. Perfect compatibility with a variety of systems, Microsoft and apple systems can be used, efficient, fast and stable. The appearance is atmospheric and the handle is full. Environmentally friendly packaging, simple and appropriate.

Adds dual display and so many ports to my lenovo x1 carbon
Like most corporate employees I have been working from home during the pandemic and now to save money on real estate I have decided to telecommute for the rest of 2021. The small 13 inch laptop screen was not very conducive to full day work sessions. The laptop has 1 usb type A port, 1 type C PD port, and a single HDMI.I required an adapter to allow LAN wired connection versus wifi due to the amount of bandwidth for video on MS Teams calls. So I started searching for hubs that would allow ethernet along with additional ports for webcam, microphone, and speakers. This hub met all those requirements along with SD/tf card reader slots but most importantly provided 2 HDMI ports. Now I have two full size HDMI monitors and my laptop as the third screen where I keep my chat windows. The long rubber strips under this hub keeps it from sliding around and pulling on my type C laptop port.I prefer having the hdmi and lan cables routed to the back and I keep the speaker, and usb device ports facing me for easy access to these cords for quick unplugging.Since packaging was one of the rated features, the box is professionally decorated with a green thick plastic triangle for hanging if you are considering retail sell for this hub.

Small size and PNP
I am using this with an HP Envy 13" laptop to drive 2 monitors and a older USB printer. Plugged into the USB-C port and it worked right off. Monitors came right up and the USB ports are working. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, it that I can't get audio to play from the headset port on the Hub. This feature wasn't really important for me as I typically use the computer audio port and therefore haven't spent much time trying to work out the issue. The unit is very small compared to my old Dell hub. It is about 5.5" long 2.25" wide and about .5" thick. Very light. Would be very easy to pack along with my laptop if I needed it.

Great quality and halved the price
I had to get this for a Lenovo Flex 5 laptop as a docking station. I figured I could try this because it's halved the price comparing to other brands and seemed to be almost the exact same thing as the other ones I was looking at. It's been working perfectly for several weeks already. No complaint about this one and saved me at least 30-40 bucks. I would recommend this.

Superb Solid Quality
First impression when open the box is that the quality of the body, it is aluminum metal body with some weight, which feel really good quality. No heating issue. It work on both of my Lenovo PC and Samsung Note 10, projecting to TV or monitor and connect to multiple usb device seemlessly. Can also charge my Laptop and cellphone by connecting the phone or laptop usb type c power adapter to the PD port of this hub.

works just like it should
it’s always good to get a dock that has a little more than you need. This works great at driving 2 large monitors from an LG Gram laptop through a single USB-C plug. It also has a USB-C for power, but the laptop is not set up for that. Zero issues with this dock 🙂
