Some of them were broken. Good for decoupage. Very clean. Easy to paint.

Just what I wanted! None were broken, and although a couple needed some spot-cleaning, I believe I can use them all for my craft projects. Thinner than larger scallop shells but lightweight for magnets and daintier ornaments.

The shells are a nice size, and very clean. However, of the ten pieces, one had a hole in it, and one had a hole and was also cracked. They were stacked on each other without anything in between them. The stack had thin bubble wrap. So two out of ten have faults/were damaged. Disappointing.

If you need a supplier that you can count on every, single time. This is your person! These shells are uniform, clean, and perfect in every way! I dreaded opening the first box due to other experiences with shell providers. I live on the NC coast and in an area renown for their oysters. We of course, don't have these beauties but glory, what a beautiful shell! I highly recommend this supplier. They value their clients and ensure each package is as lovely as the last one!

Perfect for a kids party . Nice size, easy to handle and decorate. All came intact and 3 and 4 year olds painted and decorated them without a problem.

If you’re looking for perfectly shaped scallop shells, these aren’t it.

Great sizes - all between 4-5" as stated. A few had a minor chips, but nothing I can't work with. Best over all condition I have received in a while. Thanks!

The shells are fine, big and in good condition but they haven't been cleaned at all. They will need to be boiled and sanitized thoroughly before they can be used for any cooking. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of buying them online, you're better off just buying whole scallop shells at a fish market and cleaning them yourself. These are incredibly overpriced considering how much work it's going to take to make them usable.
