Fat Daddio's RMP-9 Anodized Aluminum Ring Mold Pan, 9 x 2 3/4 Inch, Silver

I absolutely LOVE this pan! This pan is perfect for making quick breads. I make the batter for two loaves and it fits perfectly in this tube pan. Many people don't like the heel of the quick bread loaf, and with this pan being a tube, there are no heels/ends - every piece is a perfect "middle" piece. I also use this pan for dense cakes, like pound cake and carrot cake. I really like the fact this is pan is light sliver. Cakes and breads bake evenly with a nice golden crust. Many of the dark non-stick pans make the crust too dark and over bake the crust before the cake/bread is completely cooked thru. This is not a problem in this pan. This is so much better than a traditional Bundt pan, no ridges for sticking. To make sure what I'm baking comes out, I line the pan with parchment strips and spray with Pam. I've tried Pam for baking and the grease/flour method, but some breads with blueberries, apples or carrots will still stick. I've had this pan for about 5 years and use it once a week. It has held up extremely well. It's sturdy, but not heavy. It has held its shape, no warping. I There are a few discolored spots on the rim, but otherwise it's in great shape. I hand wash, it cleans up very easily. This pan is aluminum, DO NOT wash in the dishwasher.

Made a banana bread. Came out great. Nothing beats aluminum for baking.

It easily fits inside the 8 Quart Instant Pot.

9 inch pan is actually 8.5 inches

Purchase this tiny ring pan to make punch ice molds for beverage dispensers. It needed to be small enough to fit into these as the openings are not as generous as a punch bowl. This worked perfectly. I was able to make multiple rings in a very short period of time. I cannot speak to baking in it as I am not using it for this person, but it is quite small. Would work for use as a child’s first birthday cake.

Muy buen material y medida perfecta

Really don't remember what they are

I ordered too small a pan

Perfecto para la freidora de aire T-fal

I used it once and it started to rust

Excellent quality pan. Cakes come out perfect every time. Delivery came quicker than expected and well packed. Very happy with this purchase.

Good quality, almost non-stick.
