Great EDC knife
So i purchased this knife per recommendation from a friend and let me say I am beyond impressed. I've been a huge Spyderco and kizer customer for years now so I had low expectations for this knife, especially at this price point.Starting with the blade steel, 8Cr13MoV isn't the best, but it's still a great steel. Holds an edge well. The scales are done very well. FRN is a great material. I "personally" prefer G10 but that's just a personal preference. Not a fan of the liner lock mainly because the action on the knife is so smooth. Not a bad thing just need to be attentive while closing. My one and only complaint/recommendation is that i wish the belt clip was reversible. I'm accustomed to my knife being in my right pocket not my left.Aside from that, this is a fabulous knife to EDC, especially for the price point. Would strongly recommend it.

Extremely well built for a budget folder.
For the price I didn't expect much but it is an extremely well built and designed knife! No rough edges, extremely smooth and easy opening and closing action. Handle fits great in my hand and the extra jimping on the blade ensures a secure grip. Very impressive so far!

Awesome pocket cutter
I cut a lot of boxes and cable ties in my job. With the claw shape and serrations, this is an intimidating looking knife. I have both this version and the large version and I prefer this one as it is more practical when it comes to keeping it in my pocket. Keep in mind that this is a bit of a wide knife, in both versions of medium and large. It's easy to flick open with the hole and I have had no issues with rust despite using this in the rain a few times. Overall a good value for the price (was below $40 at the time).

Good knife but!
I REALLY liked this knife. The Honey Badger is my spirit animal so I was really partial to it once I saw it, BUT..sadly the back screws fell out unexpectedly and another piece fell out along with them. Only used to for opening mail, and skinning lite coated wire. Not sure if I got a defective knife or not. But check your screws they may look tight but keep a close eye on them.

Best value for the knife
This knife is a great value for the money. The blade, glides and almost drops shut. The hole in the blade allows easy, gentle access to thumb flick or spider flick. The flipper tab is also nice, and the slight curve on the handle gives a subtle feeling that helps the flipper tab. The full size finger choil on the blade is also great. The knife is extremely generous with jimping, You have jimping everywhere your fingers are resting on. Jimping on the Finger Choil, Back spine of the blade, On the plastic handle itself, and on the liner lock. The handle itself is very light and the honeycomb pattern gives a great grip. The only slight negative would be that the blade itself seems to heavy, since the handle is so light. You can flick and fidget this blade with no problems and had great action right out of the box. Originally, I bought the spyderco Bird knife that was similar to this and it was terrible. Exactly opposite of what I wrote here, Honey Badger definitely is a great knife. They have a D2 version, but they got rid of the finger choils on them so I decided to stick to the SS version. Definitely a good knife and I'm probably going to pick up their sheepsfoot version next.

Durable tip.
I have been looking for this style of knife for a while to replace a worn-out one that I had for years. I used Google photo shopper to find a match. I ordered a couple of different ones that needed to be curved, serrated, and lightweight. I use this as a tool more than a cutting knife. I use the tip to pry and press on micro levers and buttons for electrical harnesses. The curved blade is a cantilever for other purposes in my jobs as well. The blade is thick and durable with a grip by the handle for more control. It cuts wire insulation at the rounded serrated part very well. There are Allen Screws that hold it together not rivets. I can't say enough about the quality and functionality of this knife. A great purchase.
