It's much more red, see the attached photo (tan on the left, this one in the middle and dark brown on the right)So if you're after the dark one for a specific purpose, this isn't the item you want to buy.

I have used these to strain juice from carrot pulp… and sometimes to apply my wig… I love these things lol

Definitely, I had to stretch these for a minute before wearing; I was getting a headache. However, after the stretch, the fit was perfect. I like the quality.

It’s definitely much darker than the photos, as an avid, daily wig wearer - I’m not too sure if these will actually work, but I’m open, I’ll see if maybe makeup will help and I might change my review. As a first impression I’m not at all please with such a huge colour difference - it’s very much on the grey side (as a WOC)

Good price for how many you get but they are decently large and the thicker part of the band rest low on your forehead so you have to customize it by laying it down and cutting. Material is a little on the cheaper side so runs happen often as well - use caution when cutting/customizing.
