Great product

This is really great stuff to put me in ketosis and helps me not to feel hungry so it is easier to do intermittent fasting.

How do I use exogenous ketones?
I'm using this in my methylene blue bottle to add ketones to my sips and to provide a good flavor. Only using a half teaspoon pr 12 oz.I sometimes use it by itself when on the road and don't get enough good fats.Follow Dr. Boz!!

Love all Dr Boz, books are great. Product are amazing, I'm using the guide and adding ketones to my journeyUp to 36 hour fast once a weekom the continuum. I was stuck after 3 yrs on ketosis diet. Finally moving forward again!Thanks Dr Boz!

Great if you like stevia
I love the concept and desire to help kickstart ketosis but I just can’t stand the stevia. I really wish this came unsweetened so I could add my own sweetener or not

Do your research first!
This is NOT a balanced electrolyte mix (no potassium) . I experienced extreme heart palpitations when taking this mix and stopped after taking it for 2 days. I’ve been keto/carnivore for 2.5 years and thought I would spend the extra $$ on this mix because I appreciate Dr. Boz and her knowledge, however I didn’t compare electrolyte ratios before purchasing this product. If you are needing a well rounded electrolyte mix this may not be the one for you. Do your research before purchasing this product.

It does not taste as great as I thought after reading reviews
Giving it 4 stars cause it honestly doesn’t taste that great. I’ve been trying to figure out what to mix it with that l’ll taste good and to what ratio. So far less water and more water don’t work, sugar free syrups, nope. But it does do what it’s meant to. Helps me cleanse and get into ketosis while curbing my appetite for a few hours. It mixes into hot water well.The price is crazy. . .going to try mixing it with coffee next. Maybe even use some sweetener or something.
