Can it stand high speeds I want to buy this item for a video of me driving a motorcycle.

Yes, we have not used it at tremendously high speeds, but we not had any issues on the atvs and dirt bikes

Can this stand roller coasters?

Would the phone fall out. Probably not. However, I used this when racing go carts (60mph), and the rig often adjusted up or down, due to the force of movement and wind. So i would bet that a roller-coaster would have similar or worse effect. Problem also is, once you lock in place, its hard to be 100% sure what the camera is pointing at. This is not to say this isn't quality, I love this unit. Looking back on the kart racing, I wish I just bucked up and got a go-pro with a head/helmet mount.

Is this very shake resistant?

I used it snow skiing and it held the phone very securely to my chest. First time I used anything like this and I was impressed with how good the video was.
