What is the difference between the two ????

They are both the same unit. One comes with five bags and the other comes with 55 bags, they both come with an 8 inch 79 foot roll though. Sorry these other people can’t answer a simple question.

Can this device be used with the Foodsaver mason jar sealer? In other words, will the accessory tube fit the mason jar device?

My attachment hose does NOT fit the Food Saver attachment nor does their hose connect to my vacuum sealer.

What about excess moisture from the food in the bag? How good is the seal with beef juices getting pulled towards the sealer?

I follow directions and keep the meat at least 3 inches from the top of the bag. When I am sealing meat with juices in the bag, it pulls some juices toward the sealed edge, but it's so fast that the juice never gets to the sealed edge. Of course I do not add a lot of extra juice, just the natural in the meat and maybe a teaspoon extra.

I know nothing about these things. Do you have to cut and seal both ends if using the roll?

Yes, you can start by sealing your first end, then cut to length (make sure you cut off enough to allow a few inches of extra beyond what you plan to use for whatever you are packing), fill with contents then select the vacuum/seal option.
