Hot Garbage broken phone
phone arrive and literally in the first week I was having issues. the screen flickers CONSTANTLY and I can literally watch the battery drain right before my eyes. Would it have killed you guys to send me a phone that works?

FAULTY SPEAKER
this phone was delivered in October, l tried to do the setup on Nov 13 and found that there was no sound coming. I did a dignostic check it tells me the speaker is faulty. What do l do, l brought the phone to Ghana and its not being used in the US.

Very poor quality phone
The media could not be loaded. Received the phone in so bad condition: the back cover was coming off, glue was everywhere. Couldn’t even turn on the phone, so not sure if it works at all.We ordered to Canada , and now they want us to pay for a shipping….. It was a Christmas gift for my son , which he’s not gonna get, I guess . Thanks!!!!!!!!
