Amazing and magical. This showed up on my doorstep and my wife quickly opened the Amazon treasure box (a daily occurrence) having no recollection of ordering anything in the past 24 hours. She saw it and said "Um heck no, you are not going to ruin my stone, my white house trim, track a bunch of concrete into the house, ruin your clothes, and be a giant nuisance to our household by attempting to patch anything with permanent concrete. I confess - I am, after 30 plus years of marriage, very in tune with my limitations and lack of skills.In a flash of exasperation glance mixed with a vigorous shaking of the head, my better half called our stone guy and for the tidy sum of $100 had him come out mix up his own sludge and do it right.This bag of grey dust is magic and does work!

Bought this to finish a balcony floor patch that had cured with a number of wholes. As Rufus indicated others have mentioned the mixing bag can break and mine did. I dumped the contents into a small bucket and mixed with the kneading action mentioned on the label. I applied with my hand covered with a non porous glove to about an 1/8th inch. I note that it does set up fast and you really need to work quickly. I was able to apply the entire contents and get back the swirls that disappeared from the leveling patch. It looks great and time will tell about the durability. I am hoping the concrete bonding agent will assist with a long life for this repair. The wet not soaked surface was also a necessary component

The good: the product is very easy to use and works well. Just mix in the right amount of water, stir for a few minutes until it hardens, and then apply. Work fast because it does dry very quickly. The bad: I needed a lot of product (ended up buying 3 bags) to fix what I didn't think was a huge job. I placed two separate orders: one order came with the plastic applicator, but the second did not. While I like the idea of mixing everything in the resealable bag, it was less messy and worked much better when I cut out a portion of a plastic gallon milk jug, poured the powder in there, added water, and then stirred. Finally, I found adding a little more water than they suggest worked much better. I would definitely buy the powder again, but I would highly recommend using my improvised milk jug solution over their suggested mix-in-bag approach. Also, make sure you have an applicator in case they don't include one.

Product is good just way way over priced. Same product in 40 lb bag is around $15 at Lowe’s.

Hardens way too quickly does not give time to use

Both bags leaked immediately, tried mixing it in a bucket and even with double the water it was nothing like the consistency in their video. Useless. Had to throw it away.

The mortar works, but there is wastage in the bag.

It works, but you only get to use 1/4 of the contents before it hardens in the bag. Hardened in bag in under 5 minutes.
