Tongat is something that I use everyday and have for a couple years now. This supplement has changed my life. It helps regulate mood, helps with energy, helps with exercise. Makes me feel like a teenager again. I have had other tongat brands from gnc. NONE compare to this brand. Extremely effective. I take 2 pills daily. 400mg. If you are taking this much or more, I would take in morning and evening. Whe taken all at once, it can cause nausea.

At first I would take 1 a day and after about a week or so I could feel the difference. I decided to take 2 a day just cause, and goodness gracious was I a different person. For reference I naturally have higher levels of testosterone so I felt super human. Behaviorally I was more confident. Psychologically, I was wayyyyy more easily distracted and occupied by the thought of women, started to desire status more (not normal for me), and was more confident, though not massively. Overall great product. Discovered from YT video of some Australian guy who took it for 30 days and showed his before and after hormone levels. The taste was not great but the least of concerns. The size is great and it’s easy to swallow.

This stuff is great, and helps me stay looking more lean, and gives me more of an edge in my 40s. I’ve been taking it for several months and started noticing my belly looking tighter and more energy.

I’ve always consumed the tablet version of this supplement. That version seems to work fairly well. I recently ordered the tablet version and was delivered capsules instead. No problem. Let me tell you, the formulation must be different because I feel absolutely nothing. Hate to leave a bad review but I did not receive the product I ordered and that I have come to know and love.

Sellers always ask for supplement reviews way before you've taken them long enough to know how effective the product is going to be...this review is no exception to that as I've only be taking them for a week now, so too soon for me to know the effectiveness. I will say that the only outstanding thing to mention is how unbelievably strong the bitter taste of these is, but as long as you get it them down fast you can survive that. I found it to be hilarious that they want you to rate the FLAVOR of these!!! But on a positive note...the size of the tablet is just perfect for being able to swallow them with ease. I make sure and eat first so as not to chance an upset stomach, as I've read where others have experienced that. In closing I'd like to add that the packaging is perfect & suits the product well...the shipping was fairly quick considering that I don't order enough on Amazon to bother paying the outrageous price for Prime.

And a bit more exercise In spite of an atrocious sleep schedule, my testosterone's *is* better after about 9 months. I generally cycled the Tongkat Ali, take it one week, one week off. Or sometimes take it one day skip another day. I didn't really adhere to an exact routine I just tried to mix it up. In any case my testosterone levels are like they were in my 30s. Which is a modest improvement but I'm pushing 50 now so that's good enough for me/ Correlation vs Causation? Well, it's hard to be certain the Tonglkat Ali did the trick but I have tried other brands before and did NOT get the results that I got in the months of taking ND's brand. So I decided to order more, this time from Amazon instead of directly from Nootropics Direct. I plan on getting blood tests again in a couple of months and comparing. So far I think this stuff is doing the trick. Can I prove it? No but I'm intrigued by the results I previously got and suspect they are replicable and that this brand of Tongkat Ali made a difference.
