After six months of moderate use replacing deck screws and driving stainless steel screws to assemble hand rails and garden structures, I must say I am impressed with the power and impact driving capability of this tool. I would recommend this for the homeowner and it's so much more efficient and powerful than a drill used as a driver. Also, the driver bits that are designed to be held do not fall out during removing screws. This is one of better purchases I've made regarding homeowner cordless tools.

This CRAFTSMAN impact driver hasn’t disappointed me. It’s got plenty of power for its size, the LED light really helps in dim spaces, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. The kit includes everything you need to get started right away. Highly recommend it for home projects and DIY work.

The size is good for a middle aged woman to use easily, I got it on Black Friday so the price was right. I’m using it to finish out a cabin it the woods so it’s taking a beating and keeps on going. The battery hasn’t gone dead on me while I’m doing something yet. When I’m done for the day I slap it on the charger and usually it’s fully charged by the time I’m ready for bed. It’s strong enough to sink 6 inch screws in a 4 x4 post without having to struggle or anything.

Bought this for my husband because it was what he wanted! Works great and is just as described.

I don't return many things back to Amazon, but with this i did. This being on sale, i thought it was good price to get it for having an extra battery, and an extra driver. I have the exact same driver but purchased from somewhere else, i really liked it, and i came across to this while shopping for extra battery. After i got this at home, when i played with it, i noticed that there were some rattling that i didn't think it had with my other one. It was very faint noise, but it bugged me enough to send it back. I felt that the gears were not running in harmony. I'm sure it would have still worked well for the small stuff that i do, but it just bothered me. If i didn't have the other one to compared to, i would have never known that it's not supposed to make that noise. other than that, the driver itself is very nice, sure it's not brushless, but it's surprisingly good. -not the smallest, and lightest, but works well for the things that i do and need. -I'm not sure how good the battery life is, but working on my car for several days, it didn't run out of juice. -impact is strong -not brushless but still quieter than my older drivers. and my initial thought was that this was not a strong driver. i was wrong. i would recommend this to anyone.

So for this title, I thought it was appropriate considering it was the only concern I had regarding this purchase. Even though I live in a tiny town that is almost unheard-of to have porch pirates take your pkgs I still have a tendency to watch in real time my tracking of my pkgs especially one's I'm excited to receive or really NEEDING ASAP...& I was watching the UPS shipping tracking info & it said It was delivered & I couldn't find it ANYWHERE. I freaked out cuz it wasn't just this item it was over $100 worth of tools. I had never had a delivery driver mark it as delivered before it actually was delivered. Sure enough by 5pm it showed up. Super happy that it did cuz I was actually just on my way out the door to Walmart to buy a hyper tough impact driver when I found it lol. Hallelujah! What a great craftsman impact wrench. Incredibly light for an impact driver if I'm being honest. Of course my only other impact driver is a big @$$ DeWalt 1/2" driver that weighs just shy of 215lbs 2ounces lol so this thing is like a feather in comparison. It's plenty powerful for any 1/4" drive work I'm needing to do so I couldn't be happier! Thanks Craftsman for making it so affordable. $59 is unbelievable! I think I paid almost $200 for my DeWalt obviously you pay by the pound for DeWalt products so I was pleasantly surprised to find this Craftsman so cheap & that it doesn't weigh anywhere near 59lbs thank God!

Inicié con esta marca comprando una esmeriladora de baterías, que me ha sido bastante útil en trabajos domésticos, incluso cortando metal. este driver de impacto no lo he probado; pero de entrada para ser un aparato de 20voltios se siente no ligero; pero cómodo y si se siente el torque, buenos materiales y la carga de batería fue relativamente rápida, llegó en excelentes condiciones y si es el modelo ofrecido en la publicación. Tengo un taladro Milwaukee de 12v que me ha funcionado de maravilla (ya encargué uno Craftsman de 20v); pero Craftsman hasta la fecha no me ha decepcionado en 20v trabaja excelente la esmeriladora que ya le saqué bastante provecho y la batería de 4.0 AH me dura una hora o pasado lijando metal de trabajo continuo obvio con sus intervalos de descanso pero corriendo el motor he contado aprox una hora 10 minutos Wow!! Valide con la IA el tiempo de trabajo y me dió exactamente el tiempo promedio de 1 hora 10 minutos!!
