I have a 2018 kx250f owners manual says to use coolant with ethylene glycol. Does this coolant work well with it ?

Never mix propylene glycol (PG) and ethylene glycol (EG) coolants. I have changed most of my vehicle over to PG because it's non-toxic and I have kids and pets.

Can this be blended with regular Coolant for Motorcycles ?

No, old coolant needs to be drained and cooling system flushed out as much as possible!
