Not bad at all. Give them time.
Been wearing them on and off for three days now and they're better than I thought they'd be. Not the most comfortable things ever, but you get used to it. I tried them today with a fabric over them and it makes them a lot more comfortable.

It’s ok to wear and it does increase ur height a lot but the thing is, it’s made out of really soft materials. When you walk, you feel like it’s squeezing in side and for others it’s almost like ‘why are you walking like that?’

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
This is a great product but I had to modify it as I only wanted one layer so I cut off the plugs on the underside of the insert and used double sided tape to keep it in place in my shoes. I have one leg shorter my 1/4 an inch and it was giving me pain in my hip bones so this insert really helped, the pain went away.

Worth the price
They did work however we’re not as comfortable wearing long hours the sizes seems to drop.
