This magnifying lamp is so helpful to have. I love how adjustable the neck is so you can get a very clear view of what you are working on. The light is bright and also can be dimmed as desired. It came with a cleaning cloth, which I keep draped over the lens so it is always dust-free and ready to use. The best thing is the wonderful customer service I received when the light bulb stopped working after a few months. I asked whether I could buy a replacement bulb, and they said that wasn't possible, but instead they replaced the unit right away.

My older eyes are not quite in need of reading glasses and I had trouble typing documents my document stand. Either lighting or text at 12 pts was too small for me to read. This is perfect for seeing the parts I just can't quite make out. The light is perfect with no glare off the document. Looking forward to trying it out when working on my computer hardware too. Price was right and delivery prompt. Item arrived undamaged and well packaged too.

Work great for what I needed

Very useful. My wife loves it. Sturdy base that keeps it from tipping over and the head and neck are adjustable. We use it for many different task. Thinking about ordering a second one. I recommend this item.

A heavy base gives this lamp enough stability to use at any angle without fear it will fall over. That means you can use the magnifying glass for much more than just reading. Love the fact it turns on, brightens, or turns off with a simple tap on the base--no fiddling or reaching around for a switch.

Ok, one of the problems with getting a little older is my eyesight isn't as crisp as it used to be. Being a someone handyman, I love building things and end up with splinters a little too often. This light has been a lifesaver in finding the little buggers and making it easier to remove.My wife uses it for all sorts of sewing projects and loves it as well.

It works! Very good for seeing detail, also for when you give yourself a manicure or pedicure. Really helps to see everything closer and clearer.

I loved this light when I first received it but after only 6 months use the cord broke right at the plug. Would expect this to last longer than 6 months. The wires broke right in half. Lucky I didn’t get shocked or that it didn’t start a fire. Would not buy again!S
