When a B should get an A
What can you say about a vitamin? How about it is easy to swallow, does not upset the stomach, and it is presumed to actually help an old man (me). The last thing that is important to me - about a vitamin - is that it is affordable. This is more than just a good word - it is a testimonial.

Superior formula and quality at a great value
After reviewing the supplements facts label of over a hundred top rated Vitamin B complex products, this one is clearly superior. They have all eleven B vitamins and contain the highest recommended quantity of each by most experts. I recommend buying only supplements made in the USA and in GMP certified facility and these meet that standard. As B Vitamins are water soluble and leave the body quickly, they should be taken twice a day. While these may be hard to swallow whole for some, they are easily split with a pill cutter. You only need to take half at a time daily to get the maximum recommended dosage.

Has all B vitamins you need.
As advertised. Not a great taste but ok. Has 100mg of Thiamine & that’s what my Dr said I needed. Gummies- so easy to swallow. No side effects.

Good quality product for a good price
I wish it tasted a little better, but it’s a great product otherwise. I recommend taking it with flavored liquid such as juice, to help counteract the taste. It has no aftertaste so once you swallow it, the taste is gone.

Works great! Helps with energy!
I have used a B Complex for years and began to doubt they were helping. When I ran out decided to not purchase any more. That lasted about 10 days, that’s when I could barely get out of bed.
