UPDATE:I decided to try again after unplugging the docking station and ordering a new cable for one of my monitors. The new cable is VGA to HDMI instead of the VGA to HDMI adapter I was originally using. With the new cable, I was able to get both monitors working successfully! I've been using the docking station for a couple weeks now since my original review, and it's working great. I noticed there's a lag in the monitors being identified by the computer after plugging everything in, but I'm thrilled to finally have 2 external monitors connected to my work laptop. I updated my rating from 1 to 4 stars because I was able to get both monitors working, and also because the company has reached out 3 different times to offer a refund after I left my initial review. I haven't accepted their refund, but am grateful that they cared enough to offer the option beyond my Amazon return window. They wanted feedback about my setup so they could look into it further. They didn't ask me to change my review, and I honestly wouldn't have changed it if I hadn't gotten the setup to work with the new cable. I still docked 1 star because of the finicky nature and lag time...as well as the fact that my Logitech wireless mouse & keyboard combo didn't work via the docking station.ORIGINAL REVIEW:For work, I use a Lenovo T14 Thinkpad laptop. I bought this docking station primarily for the VGA port since my laptop doesn't have one and I wanted to attach an external monitor. I have a second external monitor that I planned to connect to the HDMI port. Unfortunately, the connections don't seem to work. The VGA port worked twice but refuses to work most of the time. I even tried rebooting my laptop and unplugging the docking station, but it still didn't work. I haven't gotten the HDMI port to work at all, but I think that's a result of the VGA to HDMI adapter...which doesn't work when plugged directly into my laptop, either. So, I can't fully fault the docking station for that.The docking station also doesn't work with my Logitech wireless USB mouse/keyboard combo. The laptop said the device wasn't recognized.In summary, this docking station is useless to me because it doesn't work. The only thing it does successfully is charge my laptop, which I can just do with the power cable that came with the laptop anyway! I only bought this docking station just shy of 4 months ago but haven't used it at all until today. Unfortunately, I missed the return window...but hopefully I can save someone else from the disappointment I've experienced with this product!

I am using this docking station to configure my Dell laptop and two additional monitors to work more effectively from my home office. The HDMI ports are working as expected and I have a USB receiver dongle for my Logitech mouse/keyboard plugged in, as well as a USB cord for my iPhone. I have had this set up for over a week now and it is working great. Wish I had purchased this 6 months ago when I first started working from home!Pros: Easy set up - literally plug and play, reasonably priced.Cons: None at the moment. Will update if I have any in the future.

Edit regarding customer service:They saw my review and reached out to me directly regarding the issues I was having and offered a full refund. I am beyond impressed that they were helpful and so responsive.Due to their recommendations, my device is running much better.It's a pretty small device, so I wasn't sure that it could handle everything I needed. Sometimes it works fine, other times it over heats and just stops working. I have 2 monitors along with my laptop and it wouldn't work with both monitors so I ended up having to plug one of them into my laptop. Minor inconvenience.I have my ethernet cable plugged into it, but it still loses connection often, which can be aggravating when you're in a meeting, school or in the middle of a project.It works as expected 85% of the time so for the price, I really shouldn't complain.

Received what looked like a well used product... With Scratches on both sides.. Will be returning over the weekendUpdate on 04/22 - The Customer service team reached out and offered to provide full refund leaving the item with me as a token of making up for the delivery mishap. I requested for a brand new product instead of replacement as I liked the original product (Except for the used-like condition). Received a brand new product with no damages and it works great!. I gotta say, Impressed by the effort taken by the team to provide the best product & experience. Changing my rating to 5-star.

UPDATE: Seller offered a full refund for faulty item. Excellent customer service.I purchased this docking station to allow for multiple displays/ monitors which it does do via HDMI ONLY. Aside from the two HDMI ports, there is no additional functionality. I am unable to use any of the USB, Ethernet, or VGA ports (didn't try the memory card port). I would not recommend purchasing this item if you want to use a wireless keyboard or mouse as the USB ports do not work/connect.

The good thing about this product is that it has sockets for a wide variety of cables... hdmi, multiple usb ports, ethernet, audio jack etc. However the bad thing is that after a month or two of using, the product started bugging out a bit. While the computer goes offline, certain sockets will stop working e.g. I had to unplug and plug back my mouse usb multiple times. At times, the whole device just disconnects for no reason and this has been annoying because I use to connect my ethernet cable to the docking station which results in a temporary disconnect to the internet. I now I connect my ethernet cable and mouse usb to my pc directly and only connect the audio jack and hdmi cable to the lasuney docking station.

I bought a new laptop and needed this since I take my laptop with me often and didn't want to keep unplugging everything. Works well. The only problem I have experienced is that the VGA cable works loose on occasion. For those that plug this in and leave it plugged in may not have this problem. But, for someone like me that is disconnecting it almost daily, I have to shove the VGA cable in tighter every so often. I tried using the audio cable but the computer was causing a buzzing noise to carry through to the speakers. I didn't have any problems with sound with the HDMI connections.
