I have prime so received next day by 7pm. First these are cute little miniature bottles, 20 of them. The biggest thing is they aren't labelled or don't come with an identification card, this would have been nice, especially for novices like me, I have no idea what's real or which is which, so I have to guess from the picture on the description, which was to zoom in, print it off and try to match by eye, I could identify maybe 8 by eye and 11 from deduction. The others I have no idea. I removed one star for this, which I believe is fair. I had a slight issue with one of the bottles, I spoke to Customer Services over Easter and was rectified within 24 hours, speedy response and above satisfactory resolution. I can't fault them at all. You get approx 3g of each type of stone/crystal (about 20-25 pieces in each bottle). In a glass mini bottle, these are gorgeous little things, miniature and with a cork. For the price, I am actually very impressed for the quality of the bottles, the stones/crystals and the Customer Care was spot on. While this may not be suitable for amateurs or experts needing for Crystal/stone therapy/healing or pieces that need to be "real". I can't speak on this as I'm complete novice in this area and have no idea. But for pretty, beautiful stones to add to projects, crafts, jewellery making, decoration items etc, these are perfect. At least for my needs. Overall - it would be nice if there were labels on them or and identification picture card. Apart from that this is a very nice gift, or for smaller pieces to add to crafting work/hobbies or for decoration items. The bottles can be reused. I will buy again and shop with the seller.

I'll be honest they were very smaller than I expected. My mother who studies Crystal's said some look like glass and fake which is disappointing but most of them are real which is why it is 4 star. They are a nice decoration for my altar. I also had a few repeated so there was not 20 different jars. Other wise money well Spent.

Love the little glass bottles, they came in a plastic bag in an envelope. Which isn't great if someone drops the envelope on a hard surface but Non broken.. also as other have said in the reviews, they don't come labeled but luckily I have a label printer and with the referring to the other picture on the site was able to label all the bottles. Which I need as I'm still learning to recognise my stones and crystals

Really good value, well made and attractive looking. The bottles are made of glass, which is smooth polished and clear. Cork stopper fits well and the crystal stone contents are variety of stone chips of various colours. Perfect for my needs. Would recommend.

I love the selection of the crystal chips, I did buy them because I thought they were labelled. They are not. They are very tiny bottles. Thankfully I know my crystals so know what I've got, I am going to put labels on them so my daughter will know what's what. Price is reasonable.

I love these so so much! They really are small (1.5cm) and I adore these. Beautiful for necklaces or any type of jewellery since they are so small. Keep the good work up! I definitely recommend, 5/5!🌟

These little bottles are little but they are exactly as described & there is a good variety of crystals but unfortunately the package I received had 3 bottles of clear quartz crystal I would have preferred if all bottles in the set were different but that may have been accidental, the only negative thing is the bottles are very thin glass so do take care with them but over all I'm happy with my purchase

The bottles came very well packaged and I'm surprised nothing was damaged with so many glass bottles The perfect size for my project but make sure to look at the size, since they are very small. But exactly what I needed so I'm happy.
