UPDATE BELOW.....I purchased these because I in this time of virus, no one (smart people that is) is getting mani/pedis right now. Additionally, you have to ask yourself - that also means you aren't being seen that much either.. But on occasion - I do really mourn my beautiful nails...So... I am trying to do whatever I can. I've had a french tip manicure every 2 weeks for over 20 years. It has been a very rough 6 months. With no hope in sight for a reasonably safe mani/pedi - I've decided to try a few things on my own. This is one of them. The tips are nice. The flower tip to hold onto while you apply it is useful. Then clip the flower tip off and file. The white tips themselves are not very thick, so I you are able to apply a nice, thick coat of clear over the top and you do not have to deal with the dip, gel, or acrylic powder. Which I am very happy about. I use OPI for soft and thin nails. It's clear and thick. 2 coats do it. Works like a dream. The white tips are short, so they grow out easily and you can reapply - or save for special occasions. In fairness, I also purchased tape guides and white polish too. Either works, but I think these tips look a bit better - just in the perfect moon shape. You will need some good nail glue. I purchased a type with a brush applicator. Good for the non-professional. Look, it's not perfect, but until we can safely get back to our salons - this will work for the rare time someone may actually see you OR you just want to feel better for a few days. Having said all of this, I was very disappointed to receive a set with a broken case. So it will not close. I have to rubber band it so they don't all fall out in the drawer. Eh. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.UPDATE 2/27/2022 I still LOVE these. Easy to use. And a good option to salon nails. Who knew it would be 2+ years (out of salons) - but I have come to just get used to a new normal. I really love not doing the gel/acrylic any more. If I didn't have these tips - I'm not sure.. Easy to use, flexible when applying, last well. I gave up on the polish/curved tapes. These are just simply better.

Make sure you know if you have curved or flat nails. In my case I have both so I will need to get some for flat nail beds I do my gel nails at home and bc my work is hard on my hands sometimes I need to fix one or two nails so they’re all uniform in length I got these bc I was going on vacation and wanted to look my best

These tips seemed great at first use. They went on easily and looked nice after top coating. After a few days, they tended to pop off pretty easily. I didn’t cover with gel or powder coating, so I didn’t expect permanent adhesion with super glue, but a couple of days just isn’t worth the trouble. I’ll go back to a fuller tip.

After 3 years of acrylic nails I've decided I wanta go back to natural nails. Anticipating the long healing process as my nails recover I bought these tips to act as a cast per say. Giving strength to the weak tips of my nails. I'm about 3/4 of the way through the healing process and I am very pleased with the way these are working. Get some good glue. Some nail repair polish and a couple coats of clear coat and good to go.

The media could not be loaded.  Saw these on a TikTok video and thought I’d give them a try! I love short French manicures, I type all day at my job so I need short nails. I usually get my nails done professionally for the past 10 plus years, I’ve tried press ons in between sets but they never last. These were super easy to apply, and have been on since Monday, it’s Saturday now and they still look perfect! I’ve washed dishes 3x a day every day since, showered and washed our dog and they’re still holding strong! I’ll never pay for a professional set again!
