The arm band for this does not loosen or tighten. One size fits ALL. My arm bicep is 11 inches around. I barely got it on. Within 10 minutes it was cutting off the circulation in my arm! Unless your arm is very small it will not fit. I have had many different types of armbands for running and NEVER got one that could NOT be tightened or loosened.

The item is very nice, good quality. I really like it. The problem was, the delivery men left it at the wrong address and I didn't know that (since he didn't leave any card) until today, when my neighbor kindly gave it to me. I don't know how the guy mistaken number 19 (mine) with number 11 (wrong one). Unbelievable!!!
