The bristles of the brush r hard and the product was dry. But after a good dip in warm water it was ok to apply but still the brush is too hard.

I’ve tried so many mascaras, and so far this is the only one that doesn’t make my eyes water or itch! I had laser eye surgery and couldn’t find anything I could wear for even a couple of minutes without issues. I’ll start with the pros: It stays on all day and doesn’t end up under my eyes. It looks and feels natural, and it’s not very clumpy. Cons: It’s a bit of an art to apply, as it is slow-drying. You need patience with it. I usually take my eyebrow brush and brush all my eyelashes before applying it. I then remove as much excess mascara as possible before applying the first coat, so it doesn’t go on heavy and thick. I start from the bottom of my lashes and zigzag the brush upwards. I let the first coat dry for 2-3 minutes, then apply a thin second coat in the same way. I usually finish by letting it dry naturally, or if I’m in a rush, a quick blow-dry helps shape them more. It sounds a bit tedious, but it gives the best “clean” look. I’ll continue to purchase it, as I love how my eyes feel, but I do wish the application was easier.

I am really pleased with how well it works and it doesn’t irritate my skin! It goes on smooth, makes my eyelashes appear more full and is not clumpy. The tube lasts longer than I anticipated and I’ve purchased it more than once. My lash health has actually improved while using this - I’m a big fan of the company and its choice to focus on better ingredients.

Tengo un problema de piel que no me deja vivir en paz y me he dado a la tarea de buscar marcas... digamos lo menos toxicas posible, vi que Burt's Bees es una gran opción y le dí una oportunidad. En cuestión de textura me gusta mucho y me dura bastante a pesar de no ser waterproof. No lloren porque todo mal jajaja pero no me ha causado ninguna reacción en la piel y eso las marcas comerciales no me lo dan. Repito, NO ES A PRUEBA DE AGUA entonces ni siquiera he gastado en desmaquillante porque al lavarme la cara se va todo, otro punto a su favor.
