I have to say when I unboxed it I was impressed with the look, weight and build quality for the price. That all changed when I hooked it up. It only has a USB output which is unusual for a PTZ camera. The 3x zoom is subpar and the picture is fuzzy. I soon realized that most of the secondary circuitry was non-operational, Either the rear IR sensor did not work or the switching in the remote was faulty. Only the front IR sensor worked which defeated our purpose. The movement was not smooth by remote. I had purchased a PTZ joystick and it wouldn't sense the camera. Plus there are absolutely no instructions whatsoever. Inexpensive but useless, will be sending back.

It’s all about price. If you’re expecting this to be as good as a Sony or PTZ Optics camera then you’ll be disappointed. Movements are not as smooth, the picture isn’t perfect, and the zoom range is limited. If on the other hand you want a webcam that has PTZ capability this is a low-cost option. I’d have been happier if they included PTZ control software but it works fine with the Huddle software.

I bought this to explore using PTZ for streaming at my church. The principle worked well, even though the camera is only okay. So we bought a different, more advanced camera of a much higher quality. Initially I planned to return this, but decided to keep it as a second camera for wider shots. It's good enough for that.

This camera was easy to install and get going in our conference room. The quality is great and this products provides a great value for the price. The remote control works great is easy to use for zooming and moving the camera.

Not knowing the brand, I was worried about getting a good quality product. It is actually a good quality product. The installation was quick and easy. The movements are fluid and silent. A good compromise between price and performance, the optical zoom is sufficient for the management of call conferences.

Great camera for the price. Zoom feature is ok but overall nice camera.
