This is a GREAT book! The original came out in the 90's (I think) but has been updated and still relevant today. But kids today face huge problems which are not named in this book...which is to say that this resource is a great building block to add to the process of healing their future.

My daughter-in-law was reading the book when she visited me. She was going to have to return the book to the library before she could finish it. I bought her a replacement.

Love this book! Practical ways to work with kids. I used this book in a grad school class, and then bought a copy for home to use with my son.

I like how the book is organized. It is very easy to read and follow. I am going to recommend this book to my friends with kids, as well as my friends who are teachers.
