I ordered the Sassy Lotus from this company and received it on time and it was packaged very nicely. I placed the batteries into it and powered it up only to discover... No rotation! I was highly upset and disappointed. I immediately contacted customer service via e-mail and informed them that I received a defective product. They were very helpful and sent me out a brand new toy at no extra charge to me. It arrived on time and it worked like a charm. I must say, I would definitely order from this company again. And as far as the toy goes... It's amazing! The bunny ears are so soft against your clitoris and very stimulating and the rotating head works wonders against your g-spot. I didn't last 5 minutes! Don't rethink this purchase for another second... Buy buy buy!

Alright, I like and I dislike this product. As someone who has owned a number of vibrators in my day - I can say there are things that I know I like and don't. Okay so the toy is NICE. I love the length, ease of grip and the material. There was not a single ounce of that stinky new toy plastic-y smell that some toys come with and that was awesome in itself. I would say that the ears are a little too long and I wish they were shorter and less pliable, but they do feel good. The vibrations are SUPER strong - like woah. Ten minuets? Done. Crazy fast. The thing that I can not stand about this vibrator is the fact the rotation does NOT turn off. It is either right or left, no third click option to just let it vibrate. I know, I know, maybe I should have dug deeper into the reviews to see if it was written but I thought for the price, and look - it was what I needed/wanted your choice of wording. I don't feel the rotation was enough to be honest, it's really minimal compared to some other toys, but if that's what you're looking for - just hold it out further from your body. Another thing I don't like is how loud this thing is. It is seriously a beacon for everyone in my house to know what I'm up to and that is just...a bad time. I have to shove pillows between my thighs to muffle that sound, and granted it's worth it, but still. Really...inconvenient.Other than that I'm totally happy with my purchase and if they made adjustments to the model, such as making it quieter and making turning off the rotation an option, I'd probably buy one!

Be gentle with it unless you want it to mess up.The was the first "real" vibrator I've ever owned (the first being Shibaru 7-inch). Upon first use, I was blown away. I couldn't even use it to the fullest extent because I'm really sensitive (my unique way of self-pleasure limits clitoral stimulation). Eventually I began to become accustomed to the extreme vibration.I will say again, as state above, that this product did indeed weaken. The mechanics inside seem to become looser, which limits the rotation of the head of the device.A note on rotation as well: You can't tell. You can't even feel the rotation all that well.

I was excited about this vibrator. It would have been my first, and more than half of the reviews were really positive. I received it today. I put in brand new batteries and it didn't even last 5 minutes. Not only that, but it wasn't strong enough to begin with. As soon as I started to use it, the rotating head wouldn't rotate properly, it started to get slower; and then the vibration decreased by at least 50%. I'm more than unsatisfied with this product. It was a complete waste of money. Don't buy it.

This thing is definitely one of the best I've come across so far. Especially where stimulating is concerned. Great for the price. The ONLY thing that I don't particularly care for is that it's rather loud. Not a deal breaker but definitely something I would have potentially taken a second guess on. Glad I didn't though. The performance makes up for it.

At first this was a great toy. The rotating beads were good, strong vibrations, good size, and it was relatively quiet. Unfortunately it did not last long. The rotating beads stopped working within a couple weeks, and after a couple months of using it 1x-2x a week the vibrations just.... died suddenly. I tried replacing the batteries, but I just could revive it. The vibrations are now insanely week and aren't enough to even vibrate the head or the clit stimulator.If it could've held up for longer I would've considered it a good toy, but unfortunately it didnt.

Love this! I wasn't sure how intense the settings would be and I was not disappointed! The beads are excellent and the 360° feature made me fall in love! The rabbit is fantastic on my clit and the overall aesthetic of this toy is perfect. I cannot recommend the Sassy Lotus toy enough! Will buy from this brand again
