Which toilet shape is compatible with this toilet seat?

This toilet seat is designed to fit D-shape toilet bowls only. It will not fit oval or square-shape toilets. Please check your toilet shape carefully before placing an order.

How can I confirm if this toilet seat size will fit my toilet before ordering?

Check fit in 3 quick steps: hole spacing 120-220mm, hole diameter 13-17mm; distance from holes to front edge 428-476mm; widest bowl width under 359mm. All three must match for proper fit.

What should I do if the toilet seat does not look properly aligned after installation?

Do not fully tighten the screws at first. The 360° adjustable hinges let you move and align the seat for the best fit. Once centered with the toilet bowl, tighten the screws to secure it.

What should I do if the fixing screws do not fit my toilet?

The included 45 mm fixing screws fit most toilets for installation. If they are not suitable for your toilet after purchase, we will be happy to assist and help provide a suitable solution.

Does this toilet seat have a soft-close feature?

Yes, this toilet seat has an upgraded built-in soft-close mechanism for smooth, quiet closing every time. It helps prevent slamming, noise, and finger pinching, keeping your partner and little ones undisturbed and safe.
