I love these books! They make great gifts and are also great for picking up little nuggets of information. I have purchased three already! They don't take long to read, which I love, and you can refer back to them or pick up where you left off at any time as it's mostly one statement per page.

Bought three copies of this, one for self and one each for daughters. Really lovely book, great to have a thought for the day or to just to read in a spare moment, for inspiration, or for a pick me up or to give food for thought. Very necessary in our busy world.

I love these little books (I also have the little book of mindfulness). They fit nicely in my handbag and I can dip into them whenever I have a few spare minutes during my day. They really do help to take my mind away from all the 'chatter' and other noise around me and help restore a little calm in my life. Speedy delivery.
