Finally Relief from Tension Headaches and Migraines
I've been taking a dropper of this once a day in the morning for over a month now and it's been the longest amount of time I haven't suffered from a tension migraine or headache. I typically get a tension headache once a week and a 2 day tension migraine once a month. I've had neither in the last 45 days. I'm incredibly thankful for this herb and the quality presented by Herb Pharm. It doesn't have an unbearable taste either.

Of all the many, many tinctures and extracts I've tried to help with my anxiety and insomnia, this product has helped the most. Tastes foul though - I diluted it in a little water and took it at bedtime.
