No, you should fill it yourself with hot water.

How do you remove the cover? It seems impossible.

Take the top off and fold it and then pull the cover off( sorry for the sound I was watching house)

Just checking - is there a flap that goes over the top/ covers over the plug & folds back down , & if so how does it fasten down!
