I spent over $2500 to get a custom panel for a wine cellar and the sample I received (That I paid $150 for) was perfectly clear but the $2500 custom panel I received was not. I tried to get it corrected but they dont return calls or voicemails. No matter what avoid this company. You will get screwed.I've now been trying for 3 weeks to get a refund and have left over 20 voicemails and sent over 20 emails and not a single one has been returned and no one answers the phone

We've purchased this product and it was not done to our specifications .. have been trying for 2 months now to get it corrected but all you get is voicemail and NO ONE returns the calls ... Terrible customer service, would give it a ZERO if I could!
