Different, unique & good quality material !!!
This is a well made sturdy mat. I admit I thought it pricey until I got it home. Worthwhile investment in yourself. The quality can’t be beat. And the squares and numbers help with form and foot placement. Other mats are almost as expensive. So for 20 bucks more you get better quality. Get it from Amazon or directly from Pvolve. You will not regret it.

Awesome workout piece
I just started Pvolve a few weeks ago and I love this mat! It's great for orienting your stances and doing non-equipment workouts until I purchase more workout products. And I absolutely positively LOVE Pvolve.

Great for maximizing every workout! The texture is perfect for gliders and isn’t slippery for fast paced exercises that include jumping.
