Very pleased! ALL drawers lock!
Like most, I read several reviews on a few file cabinets in order to decide which would better suit my needs. I hit the JACKPOT with this purchase. I couldn't tell from the reviews if ALL drawers locked, just knew that it had a lock. That was very important for me. So I took a gamble and purchased it since other products that any had a top drawer or two that locked mentioned so specifically. I was also hesitant because of all the damages described during shipping.Well needless to say, everything turned out PERFECT! I received a 'shipped' email from Amazon notifying me of a 2 week delivered date. SURPRISE!! It actually arrived the next day after the email :-). It was delivered by a private delivery company and in great shape. What I LOVE so much:1. It LOCKS ALL 4 drawers!!!2. TONS of space3. The individual drawer locking mechanism so that drawers just don't side open unintended 4. Its sturdy, smooth, and quiet.5. No need to assemble anything. Hanging files can drop right in on the built-in drawers. When my husband came home and saw it in my office he really liked it as well and asked me to order him one too.Well, hope this helped!

Beware of wooden pallet if you order more than one cabinet.
Excellent looking and functioning filing cabinets. After 6 months, the drawers still roll smoothly, rarely get stuck. Wooden pallet issue: I ordered two 4-drawer cabinets and they arrived two days later (!) on a large, very sturdy wooden pallet, however, the driver refused to take the pallet back, leaving it on my front lawn. I couldn't break up the pallet with a sledge hammer and crow bar, the trash company would not take it, and the county waste station said that the pallet was considered construction material and there was no place in this county (semi-rural Maryland) that would take it. The vendor at that time (My Office Innovations) was not initially helpful, but 6 days after first calling them in June 2015, they sent a specially hired truck (not the company that delivered it) to pick up the pallet. A big THANK YOU to My Office Innovations!

Terrible shipping experience & customer service!!
To begin, I never thought or was even informed living above the first floor of a residential complex would be an issue at any time prior to my delivery. Even after speaking with a representative for the company that handles the actual delivery, they never mentioned it will not be possible to deliver my filing cabinet to my floor level (My apt # in the address they have is a dead give away for which floor I reside on). Once the delivery guy arrived, he stated the risks of injury is the reason why they were unable to bring it upstairs. The second issue is, after opening the box on the ground level where the delivery guy left it, I seen that the cabinet was dented pretty badly on one side near the back corner and again along the front corner (If I was able to upload pictures I would show the damage). So, I contacted the company that handles the delivery to advise them of the matter and I was not convinced they handled their job properly. That's due to the fact that I questioned if it is their company's policy not to make deliveries above the first floor to which the representative stated yes. With that said I do not understand why I was not informed of this policy when I called to schedule a delivery. Prior to concluding my call with the company that handled the delivery the representative advised me to contact TonerQuest, which I did. The representative at TonerQuest simply took my phone number and email and stated they'll get back to me, terrible customer service I must say. (TonerQuest has not even sent an email detailing what the next course of action will be or an email to confirm I filed a complaint with them). At this point and time I am not sure if TonerQuest is even going to help me; I did not feel relieved after the call ended. My first impression of the filing cabinet is pretty good besides the dents, though its only been in my possession for only a few hours. But I cannot recommend purchasing it from this provider based off my experience.

Not the quality you are familiar with from HON
First of all, shipping, because it's important: I researched and researched before choosing a seller. I finally chose Bison. They got it here in tact with no dents. The only problem is that I could not get in touch with them to explain how they almost lost a customer. Bison, if you read these reviews, your freight company, SAIA, would not turn down our street. I understand the driver (super nice) can only do what his dispatcher tells him to do but we did not receive curbside delivery as promised! Also, SAIA Freight would not work with us on a time. They backed out of their original time frame agreement and requested "now." It took a while but we rouned up a team to go to the house, with a dolly, get it off an 18 wheeler, wheel it down the road to our home, open, inspect, etc before signing off. So, Bison you got lucky. If I had lived at the end of the street or wasn't able to corral a team at that specific time, we would have had no choice but to cancel our order.Product: for the price, I'm disappointed. Like other reviewers have said, they are thin, flimsy. You do have to "slam" the drawers or close them really hard. The partition inside that slides back and forth...yeah right. That isn't terribly important for my needs though. I bought one about 10 years ago and it was around 100.00 on sale. It was sturdy and the drawers moved like butter. I'm guessing if you want to pay 1k+ you can get one like that.
