What an amazing short handbook for the healing journey, There is nothing to fix but just love every part of yourself. Louise always makes me feel safe in the world and I can relate to her childhood. Grateful for her legacy and work she brought to the world.

I am so glad I purchased this book, it has shown me what I needed to see about myself, and the renewing of my mind. I will be purchasing more copies for friends and family.

Can I give this six stars?This book is mostly an incredibly helpful reference list of physical issues and the emotional/energetic/spiritual issues that may be causing them - as well as the affirmations to heal them.There is “book” to read, as well, at the beginning and ending, which is enlightening and extremely useful.If you want to heal on all levels, then this book will point you to the issues that are underlying your physical symptoms.Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Effective read to calm and sooth an anxious personality. Allows a person to focus on eliminating outside worrying that causes anxiety to plant doubts.
