The 100 Boxed Set Paperback – Box set, January 5, 2016

First of all - the books arrived in excellent condition and very quickly.As for the actual content - I bought these because I love the tv series. I am only part way through the first book. I find it very intriguing and am both loving and hating finding the differences between the book and the television version. My daughter will also enjoy these when I pass them off to her.

Outstanding books. I'm usually a fan of longer books. I have a bit of an issue with getting too attached to a good book. Anyway, despite the 310-350 page books, I was entranced. Just this week I read the first 2, and should have the 3rd finished within the next 3 or 4 days. If I don't update this review, assume the 3rd was just as good.The books are in 4 different point of views: Clarke, Bellamy, Wells & Glass. Normally, the different point of views drive me nuts. The 100 series defies my standard view on this. It allows you to really get inside each of the main characters heads.If you're still reading this review, stop. Put this trilogy in your shopping cart, and click buy. You won't regret it.And foe the record, NOTHING like the TV show. Just....nothing. You can easily like both, no problem. But they are vastly different. So if you've seen the show and think "hey, I don't need to read these since I've seen the show!" WRONG! Just read these books. Youre welcome in advance :)

I love this story, I will probably read it multiple times for years to come! The story is different then the show. I happen to love the show and the book as well. Mostly the story plot and a lot of character name as are the same but everyone background is different. If you like/love the show you will enjoy these books.

Vastly different from the t.v. show, which I watched first. I honestly think both are equally good despite the differences. I really like that the books are set 300 years after the war, not 97 like the show. Makes it seem more "real". The books also deal with conditions/day to day life on the "Colony" more than the show did on the ark.The books are definitely written for teen/young adult. Being an old adult, I still enjoyed it. The characters in the book act much more like hormonal fueled teens, than the ones on the show.

Great book series, bought it after I started watching the T.V. show. I was surprised to see how different the book and show were, which shouldn't be all that surprising.First, the cover really annoys me. There's no Fin in the books, so why would he be on the cover? Just seems strange. Also no spoilers.The 100:Really good story, it was exciting, moved at a good pace and I could not set it down. It had a really good premise combined with good characters. I didn't care much for the space scenes.Day 21:Also really good, delves deeper into the characters and their acrs.Homecoming:Now. This one I didn't like too much. I think she sort of lost herself with the plot, I'm not sure. It didn't demand the same attention as the other two. I found it a bit convoluted and unrealistic. Not that the whole series is realistic but there were some things I couldn't accept.In all, this was a good series, I recommend it to anyone interested in a post apocalyptic survival with a splash of romance.

Hey guys, listen up, if you want your life to be good then get these books right now. Life improvement guaranteed. The characters are relatable, smart, and all around incredible. I'm pretty sure the author was on something but no judge it turned out cool. I've never loved actually reading until now. I watched to TV show and that was awesome but the books take it to a whole new level. Creepy and lovable. Dark yet enlightening. If these ain't the best book ever written then I don't know what is.

THIS IS NOT THE COMPLETE BOX SET. Was so sad to find that only three books came 😭 make sure to read the description carefully! I just ordered the fourth from another seller. Came nice and looks barely used! Excited to dive it!

The TV series is a little more entertaining, still a good book tho! Was fun to see the story follow a different path then the show. Made it feel like a different series.
